Microsoft - AI 360 Model
Working with Wunderman Thompson, Simon led the strategic planning of Microsoft’s AI marketing in Western Europe.
Research completed in partnership with EY uncovered the insight that for AI to be truly transformative, businesses leaders must understand the technology in a 360 degree sense; they must consider its full capabilities, functionalities and potential benefits.
Using this research, Simon designed Microsoft’s AI 360 model to serve as a practical reference for business leaders and IT decision makers when planning their own AI investments.
An animation of the AI 360 model was created for use in paid media to drive leads to a gated guidebook. The guidebook explains how the model consists of four benefit domains, five functionalities and eight capabilities, and how to combine the three layers to plan AI investments 360.
Result: The model and guide became Microsoft’s most successful gated content across Western Europe in 2019.
